1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or activating the LaunchWizard extension or associated web utilities, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("Agreement").
If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.
2. License Grants
We provide two tiers of software access:
- Free Tier License: A free, non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize manual pre-flight compiler dry runs, local build diagnostics, and temporary Cloudflare Quick Tunnels for personal and commercial software development.
- Pro Lifetime License ($9.99 One-Time): Upon purchasing a license key via Gumroad, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to unlock Pro capabilities, including automated AST auto-healing on save, BYOK zero-config deployment triggers (Vercel & Cloudflare Pages), and custom subdomain tunnels.
3. Multi-Device Seat Allocation
Each Pro Lifetime license key authorizes activation on up to three (3) personal developer machines (e.g. your primary workstation, personal laptop, and secondary development machine) owned and operated by the individual licensee.
Sharing license keys across teams, organizational departments, or public repositories is strictly prohibited. Team members require separate individual licenses.
4. Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, or bypass the offline cryptographic validation routines.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or rent license keys to third parties.
- Use the software or preview tunnels to transmit malware, malicious exploits, or illegal content.
5. Payments, Lifetime Updates & Refund Policy
- Zero Subscriptions: You will never be billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Lifetime Updates: Your license entitles you to all minor and major updates released for LaunchWizard.
- 30-Day Refund Guarantee: If LaunchWizard does not fit your workflow or fails to satisfy your requirements, you can request a full 100% refund within 30 days of purchase directly through Gumroad.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
LaunchWizard is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
While LaunchWizard implements strict in-memory shadow backups before applying auto-heals, the authors and contributors shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, project downtime, or third-party cloud hosting fees resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
